Our general rental conditions
Your rental will be available from 5:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and must be vacated no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
SERVICES OFFERED:
- Booster seat (subject to availability)
- Bed linen provided and replaced weekly
- Tables and iron available
- Wifi service included in all apartments
- Final cleaning included
SERVICES WITH SUPPLEMENT:
- Deposit: €500 per card imprint (CB or master card)
- Baby cot: €4/night on request and subject to availability.
- Additional towel kit: €6/kit
- Pool towels: €5/towel
- Laundry room (washing machine and dryer): €5/machine
- Optional cleaning fee from €55 to €75 depending on the type of apartment
- Local tax included
- Breakfast available upon reservation
- Booking fee 15€/reservation
Our stay cancellation conditions
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: (Variable according to rates and periods)
Any cancellation or modification of stay is possible and free of charge under the following conditions. In case of cancellation, the deposit paid when booking is refunded.
- For all stays between 23/04 and 30/07/2022 and between 27/08 and 08/10/2022 : Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date
- For all stays between 30/07 and 27/08/2022 : Free cancellation up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
